New video card?
Answer:
For PCI-express graphics card, you need a PCI-e 16x slot. There be very few computers that ever have PCI-e 16x and AGP, so make sure you really hold the slot before buying a card.
The long lower slot is PCI-express. The slot which is matching height as the others but further away from the final of the case is AGP.
Try to use the best interface available within your computer. If your motherboard (web seach for the model number printed on the board for details) has an AGP8x or a PCI-Express slot, draw from a graphics card with the correct interface.
Most stores will purely try to sell you a PCI graphics card because they will work contained by any computer (without knowing what your motherboard supports) but they are slower and you won't get maximum carrying out
Good Luck!
Go here, there are tons to choose from, http://www.newegg.com/
i hold a couple of video cards that can handle dual monitor. they are pcie cards. permit me know if you're interested.
If your computer has a built-in video card which it should, installing another enable the dual monitor capability, so contained by this case I would suggest (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/... also know your OS desires to support dual monitors for it to work. Otherwise if you don't have a built-in video card or it broke you can rummage for a dual port(x2 DVI or VGA depends on monitor) video card at tigerdirect.com, I recommend tigerdirect because its cheap plus its a trusted site.
probably you should go near geforce 7600gs/gt or a radeon x1650pro.But oblivion is a vastly demanding game.
