If you enjoy a warranty that covers accidents yes if it will not cover it so be very carefull and review your warranty . Dell set aside some free toll free numbers and try to find out . I used to work for dell as a salesman last year surrounded by Central America Panama. You must make sure what the warranty say before you know what you are going to voice.
um i afraid not because you have a hardware warranty not a computer warranty you can try since you dropped it and ruined the hardware you might catch a new 1 so in recent times try on www.dell.com and go to support and type contained by the service tag on the broken computer and see your warranty
If you "accidently" dropped the computer and it is still beneath warranty they wil need to try and service it to see if it is repairable, or they will do everything they can to gross it work.. iff everything they try fail...they might impart you a new one...it shouldn't cost you anything, if it does you call for a new PC company...
its lower than warranty,meaning is doesn't cost jack to you to fix it...its free..
