Two Battries to one UPS?
Batt 1 => (+) (-)

Batt 2 => (+) (-)
It will extend my Backup time right? Also the Battery necessitate a voltage of bitween 13.4 - 13.7V to recharge. It will work right?
If I connect it, it would mean that the UPS will become a 14.4A UPS right?
Thanks
Answer:
You want to keep hold of the same output voltage...connecting the + to + and the - to - will supply more runtime current. (batteries in parallel)
If you connect + - + - (series) it will increase the output voltage and could trash the circuitry
Some higher extension UPS units own the option of daisy-chaining extra battery.
If the one you have does not support that aspect (as per the manufacturer) I STRONGLY urge you to refrain from doing that.
This device protects your entire PC .... & modifying it will negated all warranty & insurance.
Spend the extra dollars ($100 or so) & get a 950va + component which will give you the power you call for as well as peace of mind.
