I don't know how to find that out in the region of RAM, but the other respondent did. For ROM or the memory left on your sturdy drive, click my computer. Then right click on the hard drive statue, and select properties. The properties will show you how much memory you have used and how much you hold left.

TaskManager
shows adjectives running programs
shows all loaded processes
shows how much physcial RAM is used
and shows how much of the virtual profile is in use
Ctrl-Alt_Del to unfold Task Manager. Click Performance tab. It's there.
