How would I be able to download/Install a Burner on it? Give me a association or whatever u can a moment ago please help me !

A CD burner is hardware. You cannot download hardware.

You can buy/install a CD burner from any number of local computer and electronic stores surrounded by NC or order one sour the internet (such as tigerdirect.com, bestbuy.com or newegg.com)

if i know you want to burn cds
with unadulterated player which is free you can burn and save cds on near player.The cds you can save on nearby player and save to thorny drive also.You never need that cd again.
